DESCRIPTION:After last year’s incredible response\, Åre Mountain Studio is excited to once again invite their community to train together with The Mountain Studio ambassador Anna Swenn-Larsson. \nJoin us for two evenings focused on movement\, endurance\, and the joy of training as we gear up for the summer season. Expect a mix of strength and cardio workouts\, both indoors and outdoors depending on the weather conditions. \nThis is a unique opportunity to train alongside an Olympic alpine skier and get inspired by Anna’s approach to strength\, endurance\, and mountain-focused summer training. \nThe final session will wrap up with pizza together in the store! \nLocation: The Mountain Studio Factory Store\, Årevägen 76 (unless otherwise communicated to participants)\nDates: June 3 + June 10\nTime: 17.30 – approximately 1–1.5 hours\nAge limit: 16+ \nLimited spots available.
