For the 5th time, Natta and Miranda are organizing a trail run! The group suits you who are interested in trail running, want to feel pep and community, regardless of whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner. They have created this group to share their passion for trail running, discover new trails together and help you develop as a trail runner. Natalie is a trained fitness PT and dedicated trail runner. She is a real mountain goat and hard to beat on steep uphills. Miranda is a personal trainer, running coach and loves technical downhill running. The course runs every Monday for 10 weeks
