Welcome to Åre's nightlife

Åre’s nightlife during the winter season is full of bars, DJ’s, discos and an endless amount of live artist and shows. Here’s a list of hot spots.

Åre already had a spicy nightlife in the early 1900s. Then, like now, young singles sought out Åre for the fresh air and winter sports. But most of all for romance, dancing and partying.

Whatever your fancy, here’s a list of bars and nightclubs during your visit in Åre.

# Bygget

Bygget is the pleasure palace in Åre. Their nightclub has six bars, three dance floors and the heaviest artist roster in the village.

# Country Club

The Country Club opened in the fall of 1975 after the old Society Pavilion from 1897 became reconstructed into a nightclub. The nightclub became Åre’s watering hole and a big success and. It has been for decades, and it is today.

Evening Bars with DJ’s

# Bombom

You’ll find BomBom in the middle of Åre Square. The bar is located right next to the restaurant so it’s just a matter of staying after a enjoying a good meal and carrying on. During the winter season, the two bars are open every evening with a DJ for your entertainment pleasure.

# Werséns Bar

A bustling bar in a French bistro setting beside Åre square with windows facing Årevägen. A long drink menu and a wide selection of wines, champagne and cava. Here the drinks are served under naked light bulbs and the atmosphere under the golden light is vibrant and entertaining.

# Tottebo Bar

One of Åre’s cosiest bars is on the top floor of Villa Tottebo. Order a drink and hang out in a normal decibel, except when it’s time for Rockebo. Rockebo is one those times when it’s on like donkey kong, with well-chosen heavy bands on stage sporadically spread out over the season.

# Broken

When dinner’s over, Broken turns into a bar with theme parties, DJ’s and locals all piled into an intimate party atmosphere. Check out Brokens Facebook to keep up with everything that’s happening.
