A festival for the people

The feeling of standing at the finish line, on the stands or around the track, and feel the speed and energy of the riders is a unique experience. An undeniable atmosphere is created when pulses are high, when adrenaline’s pumping and the energy is off the scale. An interplay between the riders and the audience can lift the entire championship and make it a festival that it is, and will be.

It’s not just the Alpine National Arena where the festive atmosphere can be enjoyed, but the whole of Åre dressed in the World Championships theme. Åre park turns into a Medal Plaza where we’ll cheer on our alpine stars together and Åre Square will be extra cosy with fires and various happenings during the championship.
