Every event creates a new reason to visit, introduces \u00c5re to new audiences, and strengthens the destination throughout the year. Today, \u00c5re hosts around <a href=\"\/en\/see-do\/events-in-are\/\">30 major events<\/a> annually, making it one of Scandinavia's leading event destinations. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5re Destination is often one of the first points of contact for organizers considering \u00c5re as their venue. Our role is to help turn ideas into reality by making organizers feel welcome and supporting them throughout the planning process. One of the things organizers value most is access to our strong local network and practical support with everything from landowner agreements to local suppliers.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just like for our visitors, \u00c5re is a small village with a big heart for event organizers. You'll find more information <a href=\"\/en\/host-an-event-in-are\/\">here<\/a>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Events organized by \u00c5re Destination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c5re Autumn Market<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5re Destination also produces several events of its own. <a href=\"\/en\/are-hostmarkand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00c5re Autumn Market<\/a> is the largest, attracting 25,000\u201330,000 visitors during the last weekend of September. Each year, the program evolves with new ideas designed to attract first-time visitors while giving returning guests something new to experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Autumn break<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The theme of <a href=\"\/en\/autumn-break\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Autumn Break<\/a> in \u00c5re is Time Together. The focus is on creating accessible experiences for the whole family. Under one shared program, \u00c5re Destination brings together and promotes 70\u201380 activities organized by local businesses with families in mind. Many visitors during this week are vacation homeowners extending their stay in \u00c5re during a new part of the season, while others are discovering the destination for the very first time.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Christmas at \u00c5re Square<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Each Christmas, \u00c5re Destination transforms \u00c5re Square into a festive gathering place with three days of seasonal activities.
