The sauna tradition in Sweden is almost as long as in Finland, and while it started as a place to scrub yourself squeaky clean, it\u2019s now all about socialising and unwinding \u2013 the perfect way to end a ski session, a run, or a long work week. If you\u2019ve strolled along \u00c5re beach and the marina, you\u2019ve probably spotted the little house floating on Lake \u00c5resj\u00f6n. That\u2019s Explore \u00c5re\u2019s<\/a> wood-fired sauna raft, where of course the water comes straight from the lake \u2013 perfect for a refreshing dip in between sauna sessions. Book it and hire it out for you and your mates or the whole family! If you\u2019d rather be more mobile, you can also rent a sauna tent from the same company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sauna world<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Holiday Club\u2019s Sauna World<\/a> is exactly what it sounds like: a whole world of saunas! Here you\u2019ll find a range of sauna rooms at different temperatures, with the classic pine sauna holding steady at around 80 degrees, and other variants starting from a toasty 45 degrees. There\u2019s an ice bath for a brisk cooldown, icy water buckets to tip over your head, and if you\u2019re feeling truly brave \u2013 an ice sauna that stays at a frosty minus 18 degrees. If you\u2019re keen for even more watery adventures, it\u2019s the perfect place to pair your sauna session with a visit to the adventure pool. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buustamon's sauna<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

At Buustamons Fj\u00e4llg\u00e5rd<\/a>, you\u2019ll find a classic sauna and relaxing space, complete with traditional wood-fired outdoor hot tubs to warm you up. In winter, you can cool off by rolling in the snow outside, while in summer, a refreshing plunge awaits in a natural cold bath filled with fresh water straight from the mountain stream that runs by. <\/p>\n\n\n

Complete with two cold plunge tubs for cooling off and indoor options as well, it\u2019s a true mountain escape. <\/p>\n\n\n
