Its width is 60 meters, giving it a vertical drop surface of 1920 square meters. Last weekend of May every year is when the water flow is at it\u2019s peak and when the feeling of standing next to the thunderous fall is most powerful. The area is a well accessible nature reserve with old and unique forests, making it a perfect destination for large and small. If you\u2019re lucky you may get to see a glassblowing session in the making.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c5re Chokladfabrik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/arechokladfabrik.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">READ MORE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the foot of \u00c5reskutan, there\u2019s a sweet stop waiting for anyone who finds the smell of chocolate hard to resist. At \u00c5re Chokladfabrik, you can settle into the caf\u00e9, browse the shop, and peek through the large glass window into the production area, where the chocolates are still made by hand. You\u2019ll also find truffles, caramels, chocolate bark, ice cream, and rich drinking chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5re Chokladfabrik has been making chocolate since 1991, with many flavors inspired by the mountains and local ingredients\u2014cloudberries, lingonberries, blueberries, and other flavors rooted in J\u00e4mtland. Order something deliciously chocolatey in the caf\u00e9, watch the chocolates being made, and pick up a few cones to take with you. Just don\u2019t expect them to last very long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hanriis Caf\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hanriiscafe.se\/\">About Hanriis Caf\u00e9<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just over five miles from \u00c5re lies Hand\u00f6l. This small village is best known for its abandoned soapstone factory, its Carolean history and for Hanriis Caf\u00e9, which is not just a regular cafe. Visit an exhibition on Hand\u00f6l\u2019s strange history, the soapstone and the importance of the Carolean history. Visit the shop with local crafts and soapstone products and enjoy a really good cup of coffee.       <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fr\u00f6\u00e5 gruva<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.froagruva.se\/\">About Fr\u00f6\u00e5 Gruva<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not far from \u00c5re village, past Bj\u00f6rnen and along Fr\u00f6\u00e5v\u00e4gen, you\u2019ll find the entrance to Fr\u00f6\u00e5 Mine. Once one of the county\u2019s largest workplaces, the site still offers plenty to explore, with old buildings and remnants of past operations. In winter, it\u2019s perfect for cross-country skiing, and in summer several hiking trails start from the area. During certain times of the year, guided tours of the site and buildings are also available. A tip: use the old barn as a shelter \u2013 turn right after Bergstugan\u2019s restaurant and caf\u00e9 and walk a short distance along the road; you\u2019ll see it on the left.    <\/p>\n\n\n<div
