1. \u00c5rev\u00e4gen \u2013 trail 9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Get to know the bike, the speed, the position and using the brakes on the transport stretch between R\u00f6dkullev\u00e4gen and the bottom of the Stj\u00e4rnlift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Serpentinen \u2013 trail 26<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After warming up on the slightly wider transport stretches, it is time to approach the downhill biking\u2019s core on Serpentinen \u2013 a long and easy route from the top of the Stj\u00e4rnliften, via the bottom of the Hummelliften lift and down to Stj\u00e4rntorget and the bottom of the lift again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Br\u00e4ckesv\u00e4ngen \u2013 trail 12<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now it\u2019s time to test a bit more technical riding. Take the Stj\u00e4rnliften and roll down trail 06 and take a right on 24 that will take you to Br\u00e4ckesv\u00e4ngen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
