• Access to destination statistics, including guest nights, retail index, and booking trends
• Seasonal kickoffs for your entire team, held twice a year
• A digital marketing toolkit with ready-to-use campaign materials, including photos and videos for free publication
• A shared marketing platform promoting Åre as one destination

What Åre Destination does

• Information and insights – Visitor surveys, tourism and retail statistics, destination analysis, regular meetings with businesses across all industries, monthly breakfast networking events, newsletters, an image library, campaign materials, and our member-to-member network.
• Projects – Developing Åre as a leading biking destination, investing in trail running, creating a multi-purpose activity arena, and other destination development initiatives.
• Marketing & communications – The Åre Sweden website and social media channels, the annual marketing plan, strategic partnerships, PR, and Magazine Åre – International Edition.
• Representing Åre – Advocating for transportation and infrastructure, collaborating with the municipality and regional authorities, giving presentations, and hosting media and study visits.
• Destination hosting – Enhancing public spaces with flowers and seasonal decorations, maintaining the pump track in the village square, and organizing destination host kickoffs for everyone working in Åre twice a year.
• Events – Organizing signature events such as the Åre Autumn Market, Autumn Break in Åre, and Christmas in the Square, serving as destination host for around 30 external events each year, and coordinating landowner matters.
• Trails and paths – Developing and investing in trails, ensuring ongoing maintenance, and improving wayfinding through signage and visitor information.
