Saturday is the perfect day to experience everything Åre Autumn Market has to offer. Wander through the Market Lane, discover local flavours and unique finds, and visit the Children’s Market where pony rides, games, bark boat building, fun activities and new adventures await. Meet local organisations, learn more about mountain safety, or enjoy dog demonstrations and family-friendly activities throughout the day. If you’re looking for great bargains, don’t miss the end-of-season sales and special offers in shops around Åre.

A tip is to plan when to eat your lunch as Saturday is usually the market day that attracts the most visitors. Both the Food Court and the eateries in and near Åre will be crowded around noon so why not try eating a bit before 12.00 or after 13.30? It’s also a good idea to book a table for dinner if you wish to eat out. Why not try the three-course autumn buffé at Carins krog or eat at Holiday Club’s Eatery while you’re children enjoy themselves at the kidsLAB disco at for example?

Round off the day with a cosy Harvest Feast at Carins Krog in Björnen or challenge your family to bowling, mini golf or shuffleboard at Holiday Club.

Sunday 27 september

Market Opening Hours: 10.00–14.00

To see the program, go to the Swedish site.

The Sunday is a bit calmer, a bit quieter, and perfect if you prefer that before a crowd. All the arenas are still open from 10.00 to 14.00, and there’s still plenty of activities to enjoy. Stroll through the Market Lane, browse the last bargains and spend time at the Children’s Market, where pony rides, games, bark boat building and family activities continue throughout the day. Start your morning with a mini retreat in Ullådalen, enjoy coffee and activities at Berners’ open house, or challenge family and friends to bowling, mini golf or shuffleboard at Holiday Club. Before heading home, make one last round through the market and take a little piece of Åre autumn with you.
