The pace of many children’s lives today is fast, and in different ways, many kids feel the effects of it. Learning to use the breath as a tool can help children manage their reactions in everyday situations.

Conscious breathing can help children to:

Improve focus and concentration
Relax and slow down
Reduce worry and stress
Sleep better

Breathwork for Kids is designed for children in middle school, grades 4–6.
