A warm welcome to this 3-hour introductory course in Breast Health.
During this workshop, Mercedes Lundström shares the knowledge she has received from Sanjivani Taruna on what we can do to actively support and strengthen our breast health.
You will learn:
Yoga practices that support hormonal balance, the lymphatic system, and overall breast health.
Self-massage techniques that promote healthy circulation and lymphatic flow in the breasts. All massage is done on yourself only. The movements include those recommended by Bröstcancerförbundet. No previous experience is needed.
Foundational theory about breast health and how we can positively influence it through simple, supportive practices.
