There’s no reason to leave the Åre bubble just because you’re heading home! Here’s a list of shops filled with Åre products to buy so you can always stay close. 

Let’s start with Årebutiken at Åre Square. Here you’ll find almost only Åre products. Locally designed trays, pillowcases, clothes, necessities, saucepans, and posters all with motives and patterns inspired by Åre. And, of course, tea from Åre Te, coffee from Åre Kafferosteri, water from Åre Water, and chocolate from Åre Chokladfabrik.

Just across the square, we’ll continue on to Åre Hemslöjd. This shop has pretty much always been here, long before the Åre brand was as hot as it is today. As the name suggests, you’ll find crafts by local creators such as ceramics from Made in Åre, objects, and art by Anna Cronheden, and handmade candles from Åre Ljusfabrik. Sami woodwork such as knives, wooden cups, and jewelry. And if you always want to carry with you a bit of Åre, we recommend a mountain jewel made by Jeff Davis, an American goldsmith who’s lived here for many years.

The last stop on this trip will be to ICA Supermarket where you’ll find a separate corner for all locally produced foods including products from Åre Kafferosteri, Åre Chokladfabrik, and Åre Te.
