One of Norway’s most acclaimed and beloved folk musicians, Gjermund Larsen is renowned for his expressive, playful fiddle playing, captivating audiences far beyond the traditional folk music scene.

He has received six Spellemann Awards (Norway’s equivalent of the Grammy Awards) for his recordings, and his long-running collaboration with TrondheimSolistene has also earned a Grammy nomination.
