Cross-country season premiere in Vålådalen + waffles

Dreaming of an autumn break with snow under your skis? Cross-country season kicks off in Vålådalen on 24 October—the perfect chance to get an early taste of winter and log your first kilometers of the season. And the season opener is just the beginning. The trails will stay open after 24 October, giving you more chances to get out on the snow during autumn break.

The trails are lit and open for skiing from 06.00–22.00.

Finish with waffles

The first cross-country ski of the season deserves a delicious finish. During the season opener, Olgas Dining Room will be open 12–16 and serving freshly made waffles. Step out of your ski boots, settle in, and celebrate those first kilometers with a warm waffle. Hard to beat after a day on the trails!
