The beginner

To make your ride as fun and safe as possible, it’s a good idea to get the basics of bike handling down first. Start your day in the skills area, where you can find your balance and get familiar with how the brakes and gears work.

Once you feel comfortable, head out on Tändhatten. It’s a fun trail with just the right amount of challenge, starting with a gentle climb followed by a slightly downhill section with flowing turns.

The youngest riders are best off exploring Valles gruvgång and Dynamiten, two green trails located right next to the skills area.

The trail explorer

If you’re ready for a slightly longer ride, it’s time to tackle Mineralen and Kopparn. Together, they make a loop of just over 5 kilometres. The trail winds through the landscape on smooth, easy-to-ride terrain, offering a great ride through beautiful surroundings. The climbs are just steep enough, while the descents serve up plenty of fun corners. So much fun, in fact, that you might want to head straight out for another lap when you get back to the start!

The more experienced rider

Stubinen is the latest addition to Björnen’s trail network. The climb flows beautifully through perfectly shaped turns, with some tricky technical side features thrown in to challenge even experienced riders. Once you reach the top, a fast and flowing descent awaits, complete with sweeping berms and a 90-metre wooden bridge halfway down.
How fast can you ride the descent? And can you master that narrow balance board near the start? There’s only one way to find out – go for another lap!

For everyone

At the centre of Björnen, you’ll find a large pump track and a skills area – the perfect place to spend an hour or two working on your technique. The pump track has several different lines that can be linked together in all kinds of combinations. Try them out and see if you can pick up a little more speed with every lap!

In the skills area next door, you can practise on seesaws, wooden bridges and small jumps.

Right beside it is Gruvpumpen, our fun pump trail. It’s easy to ride, but not quite as easy to ride fast. Take another lap and feel how your skills improve with every run.
