Kids' market

See you again in 2027!

Åre Höstmarknad 2026 has come to an end, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s market weekend! Mark your calendars for 24–26 September 2027, when the market returns—and hopefully Kids’ Market will be just as much fun as this year.

At Kyrklägdan by Åre gamla kyrka, Kids’ Market is traditionally filled with games, activities, competitions, and plenty of fun for younger visitors. It’s a special part of Åre Höstmarknad just for kids, with lots to explore, try, and enjoy together as a family. And when everyone gets hungry, there’s always something tasty to eat and drink.

We’ll share more about what’s happening at Kids’ Market 2027 as the plans take shape. The program will be updated with new activities along the way, so check back to see what’s in store for next year.

Save the dates, 24–26 September 2027 – see you at Kids’ Market!

New! Meet the farm animals

This year, the Kids’ Market welcomes an exciting new attraction—a small farm where children can get up close to friendly animals and experience a taste of country life right in the heart of the market.

Meet the adorable Valais Blacknose sheep, say hello to the miniature pony, and visit the chickens and ducks. For many children, this will be a peaceful and memorable break from the day’s excitement—a chance to pet soft wool, ask questions, and connect with the animals up close.

Come visit the farm at the Kids’ Market and create some unforgettable family memories.
