Åre's Best Beaches

It may not be the beaches that make us love summertime in Åre as much as we do, however, when the sun heats up the valley a good session at the beach and a swim in the water is a necessity.

A refreshing dip in a mountain lake, river or pothole is a possibility 24 hours a day for those who don’t mind cooler waters or for those looking to cool down after a sweaty activity. But when it gets hot in Åre, it’s gets really hot then it’s nice to spend a longer time in the water. Here are some tips on easily accessible and beautiful swimming spots.
