She has studied hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, sivananda yoga, vinyasa yoga, seasonal yoga, yin yoga and pregnancy yoga and has her own yoga studio in Skåne and also holds training courses to certify new instructors. Her passion is to inspire joy, balance and presence in everyday life.
