Active vs. Passive meditation-what’s the difference?
The beauty is that you don’t have to sit cross-legged in the lotus position to meditate. We can instead do an active meditation, a kind of meditation in motion, which also leads us down into the body and into presence. It is simply a more modern variation of meditation that is perfect for people in today’s fast-paced society.
