You warm up with a few little easier swims below the fall and then get serious. You go into the whitewater and really get to know the forces in the rapids. You swim on both sides of the island that divides the waterfall, surfing, jumping from cliffs and walk behind one or two waterfalls.

This activity is physically demanding and not for those who are afraid of water or are untrained.
